We have a 14-day free return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can now record and analyze all your temp/humidity data and store it locally via our app (with a maximum of 68 days worth of data), or via the cloud when using SwitchBot Hub Mini and enjoy unlimited data storage. You can also view easy to understand graphs to see how data changes over time.

    You can use Bluetooth to easily view your Meter Plus temperature readings when within Bluetooth range (120m). Allowing you a more simple way to check how hot or cold it may be in specific areas around the home.
